The Greenbush and Vilas neighborhoods, located in Madison, Wisconsin, are two of the oldest in the capital city and have historically been known to have deep roots in the local community.  Over the past decade, the housing stock in the area has deteriorated due to ongoing urban shifts.  A group of local activists, workforce representatives, and university personnel have recognized these trends and have acted to devise a plan to revitalize the urban environment.

This website has been created to serve as a communication tool between the Greenbush and Vilas Neighborhood Associations, Cuningham Group Architecture, P.A. (who has been commissioned to perform professional urban recommendations and services), and the public community.  Please check back regularly for information regarding upcoming events as well as details of the evolving revitalization plan.
